Governing bodies
The main management body of Asseco Group is the Board of Directors. It takes strategic decisions regarding the Group development as well as approves rules for internal cooperation between Group companies. The Board of Directors in Asseco case is an informal body, however its decisions have significant influence on the Group’s shape and activity.
Asseco Group Board of Directors consists of members responsible for particular regions as well as specific areas including Finance, Sales Cooperation, PR&Marketing and International Development.
